Overall flavour profile

A wonderfully rounded fifty fifty espresso blend bringing all the best elements from a honey processed Central American and a fully washed fruity African. Deep bitter notes on the first sip with dried fruit and hazelnut to follow. Toasted spices like nutmeg and sweet cinnamon then cut through followed by a tart blackcurrant and plum aftertaste. The red fruits are particularly noticeable as it cools. A moreish long black and a fantastic flat white.
