Overall flavour profile
Ragati is a big coffee. Full to bursting with flavour but very well balanced – not pulling in any one direction too much. The first thing that hits you is the aroma. Something very special indeed. There is a sweet strawberry fruitiness combined with a dark molasses sugary notes. A syrupy mouthfeel with nutmeg and cinnamon spice flavours permeating throughout. Simply put – a fantastic Kenyan coffee.
