Milk Chocolate / Almond / Muscovado

Working again with our favourite Guatemalan Coffee Importers. Nadine and her team at Primavera bring us another excellent coffee from Guatemala. Primavera is constantly working with the individual farmers on ways to improve the quality of their harvest in order to receive higher premiums, as well as producing lots that can be sold as their own micro-lots or spectacular single-origin coffees. For this lot, 10 small producers from Huehuetenango have contributed. This way they are giving the farmers the opportunity to use the extra income they receive from selling at a higher price to reinvest in their farm and wet mills. 

All coffee is harvested and processed on each individual farm before been sun-dried on patios. Primavera has then combined these lots to make a superior and delicious blend, full of chocolatey sweet notes associated with coffee from the Heuhuetenango region. 

Best used as an espresso or moka pot!
