The coffee is sourced from the Terra Nova farm located in Tres Pontas, Brazil, run by Danilo and Frediriquo Andrade, a father and son team who prioritise ethical and sustainable farming. Terra Nova invest in top-grade technology to ensure quality across the board. Andrade uses GPS to plant his furrows and a drip system for irrigation, before washing and sorting his selected beans using a CCD multi-colour reader.

His expertise in the field comes through in his high quality product, elevated by our in-house roaster and tasting team.
