Overall flavour profile

Presenting our seasonal Espresso blend #065.  Both the Brazil and Ethiopia are natural processed coffees providing a full bodied and creamy texture.  The 40% Boa Esperança gives the classic Brazilian hazelnut foundation that compliments milky drinks perfectly.  The 40% fully washed Rwandan is more present in long blacks where dark raisins and florals can be picked up.  The final addition and balancing component is the 20% Ethiopian heirloom adding a touch of sweet fermented fruits and further body.  As a flat white, the combination of all three allow the espresso to cut through to produce a rich, fruit and nuts, clotted cream and vanilla fudge flavour.  A very well balanced sweet espresso. Very smooth and incredibly moreish flat white.
