This coffee is a great representation of the benefits of extensive cupping, bold roasting, and selective sourcing. Imported from French-Colombian collaborative specialty coffee venture The Beans on Fire, this coffee hits all of the best notes along the entire production process, from seed to cup.

The Young Britsih Foodies

It was an honour to be shortlisted for the Coffee category.


This year’s Awards, thanks to the incredible support and generosity of Tate Food, took place at Tate Britain in London on Tuesday 15 September. As predicted, it was even bigger and better than previous years and a testament to the dedication, creativity and sheer talent of everyone involved.

As usual, a whole spectrum of entrants, short-listers and winners from past and present put together to produce an incredible menu for the event. Check it out here.
