La Flor is timeless. From the first sip to the last, this coffee is indulgent without being extravagant; boasting classic notes of almond, caramel and milk chocolate. That’s what the team at the Roasting Shed love about this coffee- its refined, elegant and distinct, the perfect companion for any milk, alternative or otherwise.
Our producer Elver selects his cherries from local farms. He lets the beans rest overnight within the cherry before pulping it in the morning. The climate in La Flor is humid and cool so Elver ferments his coffee for a little longer than average- between 58 and 72 hours. The coffee is then spread over raised beds and dried for 10 to 14 days.
