Working again with our favourite Primavera Coffee Importers - Nadine and her team bring us another excellent coffee from Guatemala. Primavera is constantly working with the individual farmers on ways to improve the quality of their harvest in order to receive higher premiums, as well as producing lots that can be sold as their own micro-lots or spectacular single-origin coffees.

For this lot, the work of 10-15 small producers in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala have come together to create the Primavera Family Blend. This allows Primavera to buy from farmers whose production is of exceptional quality yet whose individual lots are too small to create a micro-lot. Primavera are also giving the farmers the opportunity to use the extra income they receive from selling at a higher price to reinvest in their farm and wet mills.

All coffee is harvested and processed on each individual farm before been sun-dried on patios. The lots have then been combined to create this delicious Primavera Family blend, showcasing notes of milk chocolate, almond and muscovado. This is the perfect classic coffee - offering you familiar and well-loved flavours, and pairs excellently with milk but also great as a standalone black coffee. Its versatility also means you can enjoy this using espresso brewing methods for a rich, full body or filter brewing methods for a smooth, balanced cup.
