Jhoan Vergara's Red Bourbon is grown at Finca Las Flores, a family-owned farm established in 1990. Located in Huila’s Acevedo region, this washed coffee is cultivated at 1,750 meters above sea level, benefiting from optimal climate and soil conditions. The farm utilizes sustainable practices, with shade from Tephrosia trees and grows a variety of coffee cultivars, including Java, Pink Bourbon, and Maracaturra as such making it teeming with biodiversity.

Jhoan and his family have refined their approach to specialty coffee, from cultivation to processing, ensuring the highest quality. Their signature washed process highlights the coffee's bright, clean flavors, with a careful fermentation and drying method that enhances aroma and taste.
